Mentors

Unlocking Leadership Skills: The Power of Mentorship

According to Merriam-Webster, a mentor is 'a trusted counsellor or guide'. A mentor is someone who has decided to take the time to connect with you to help you in one way or another.
As a mentor, you get to work on your own leadership skills with every interaction. Mentors should serve as a role model for their mentees. Since they give advice and suggestions, mentors must remain unbiased and objective, which is a key leadership quality.
